Why did you need an outsourcing firm like Despacho?
As our company gained traction we found ourselves spending too much time responding to emails and focused on administrative type work. Instead of bringing someone on in house we decided to outsource these tasks and more for a fraction of the price.
What specific tasks did Despacho help with?
Our VA helps with numerous administrative type tasks such as providing access to the company specified tools, setting up new systems, organizing and scheduling all events/travel and research on behalf of the company. Our VA has been very versatile and has helped in more ways than we initially planned for.
What advice would you give to a new Despacho customer?
The biggest piece of advice I could give is to set your standards early on so the VA is well aware of what you are expecting from them. If you can invest your time initially to get them up to speed, you will quickly be able to see the value they can provide.
Was there any reason why you selected Despacho over other services on the market?
We wanted to work with a VA who would be devoted to us, not a company that offers a marketplace of VA's to choose from with no real relationship being built. We were looking to bring someone on and have them be apart of our team for years to come, which made a Despacho VA the perfect fit for us.
